High-Quality Addiction Treatment in Cincinnati for Everyone
We help clients build foundations for lasting recovery from addiction. Evidence-based treatments and an unsurpassed quality of care are central to this mission. Our ultimate goal is for our clients to save and reclaim their own lives.
Our philosophy stems directly from the blatant disparity in the quality of care across private and public behavioral healthcare organizations. We want to close that gap and provide the highest quality of care to everyone who seeks it.
Answers to Your Questions About Recovery
Where are you located?
We have two facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio:
- North Facility: 12115 Sheraton Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45246
- East Facility: 6620 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45244
Will my insurance cover your treatment programs?
Most major insurance plans cover our services at Ohio Community Health Recovery Centers as a necessary medical service. We recommend filling out our Insurance Verification form or calling us at (877) 679-2132 so our admissions team can provide a free benefits verification for you.
How do I know which treatment is the right "level" for me?
We use the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria to determine which program you are placed in. Every client undergoes a clinical assessment during intake. If we determine that you need a higher level of care (like medical detox), we’ll guide you to the right resource.
How long does treatment last?
There is no fixed timeline for recovery. We focus on your stability and readiness for the next phase of your life, rather than getting to a preset endpoint. While many of our clients complete the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) phase in three to four weeks, they will often transition into our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for several additional weeks.
The total duration is a collaborative decision between you and our clinical team, based on:
Severity & History: Your specific substance use history and the severity of the disorder.
Dual Diagnosis: Addressing any co-occurring mental health needs alongside addiction.
Personal Progress: How quickly you meet your individual treatment goals and engage with the program.
Clinical Assessments: Ongoing evaluations by our team to ensure you are ready to “step down” to the next level of care.
Whether you stay with us for a few weeks or a few months, our goal is the same: making sure you feel strong, steady, and truly ready to take the next step in your recovery.
Do I have to stay overnight at your center?
No. Our programs are “outpatient,” which means you receive the high-quality clinical care you need during the day, then return to the comfort of your own home in the evening. This allows you to stay connected to your home life while you heal.
Can you help me with court-ordered rehab?
Yes. At Ohio Community Health, we have a specific program for people who are referred by a judge, lawyer, or probation officer. We know how stressful legal issues can be, and we are here to help you through them.
We make the process simple by:
Handling the Paperwork: We provide the court with progress letters, attendance records, and drug test results so they know you are doing the work.
Keeping You on Track: Our staff helps you stay accountable so you can meet all your legal requirements without the guesswork.
