Your First Day at Ohio Community Health - East
When you walk through the doors for your first day at Ohio Community Health – East, we want you to feel at home right away. We know starting treatment is a big step, so we focus on making your transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.
During your orientation, our team will be right by your side to guide you through the basics:
Getting Settled: We’ll walk you through the check-in process and chat about what to expect. This is a great time to ask any questions you have about our program goals or how things work here.
The Daily Rhythm: We’ll show you how a typical day flows, with details like the timing of your therapy sessions or how we structure your time to keep you moving forward.
A Warm Welcome: You’ll get a tour of the space and meet our medical and clinical teams. We want you to feel comfortable in the treatment areas and know the faces of the people supporting you.
Your Personalized Plan: We’ll sit down and coordinate the specific services, like PHP or IOP, that fit your life and help set up a schedule that actually works for you.
Programs Offered at Ohio Community Health - East
The East facility provides outpatient services based on individualized clinical assessment, including:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A highly structured level of care offering intensive daily treatment without overnight residential stay. PHP provides a full day of therapeutic programming, clinical oversight, and coordinated support.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP involves continued therapeutic support with fewer weekly hours, allowing individuals to balance treatment with work, school, or family responsibilities while maintaining accountability and engagement.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
We offer dual diagnosis care for individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health conditions, addressing the underlying emotional and psychological factors that impact recovery.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
When appropriate, MAT is delivered alongside counseling, nursing support, and psychiatric oversight as part of a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan.
Programs are assigned based on clinical assessment, guided by treatment planning rather than fixed timelines, and adjusted over time as recovery progresses.

Our North facility provides the same services as East, with directions and travel details available on the map to help plan your visit.
Consistent Care Across Facilities
While both Ohio Community Health facilities have their own physical layout, the care delivery, clinical standards, and program structure remain consistent across locations. Treatment planning, accountability, and therapeutic philosophy do not change based on location.
